This is the only car I painted with something other than 1-SHOT. I loved the fact that I could reuse the sponges and paint pans, and that I could clean up with water. But I really don't like the coverage. I guess they named it 1-SHOT for a reason ...
I used AFM Safecoat brand All-Purpose Exterior Satin (Accent Base), a non-toxic paint. I bought it at HealthyHome, a green building supply company, in St. Petersburg. The can even says it's "Doctor Recommended," which seems funny but I don't know why. I suppose if I had a paint allergy, if there's such a thing, I wouldn't think it's funny at all.
